Services: All body contouring services, packages, memberships, consultations, and promotional specials are final sale. Once purchased, services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Packages: All prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be completed within 120 days of purchase unless otherwise approved by management.

Groupon Purchases: Bodies Made By Bri does not issue refunds for Groupon voucher purchases. Groupon voucher refunds are subject to Groupon’s policies.

Chargebacks: If you have a concern regarding your purchase, please contact us before disputing a charge with your financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks after receiving services or products may result in collection efforts and recovery of the disputed amount where permitted by law.
