Bodies Made By Bri Spa Policies

Thank you for choosing Bodies Made By Bri. These policies are designed to ensure every client receives exceptional service while protecting appointment availability for all guests. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Booking & Payment

• All appointments require a $50 booking deposit.

• All services and packages are prepaid at the time of purchase.

• Your booking deposit is applied toward your prepaid service or package.

Consultation 

• Consultation fees are non-refundable.

• Consultation fees may be applied toward a qualifying service when booked within the approved timeframe.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened.

• Late arrivals resulting in cancellation will forfeit the booking deposit.

No-Show Policyholders 

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

• No-shows forfeit the booking deposit and may require a new deposit before booking future appointments.

Packages

• All packages are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• Packages must be completed within 120 days of purchase unless otherwise approved by management.

Groupon Clients

• A $50 booking deposit is required for Groupon appointments.

• The deposit is separate from the Groupon purchase.

• The deposit will be refunded after the final completed appointment if all appointments were attended or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
